Orders and Contract Information
You order is accepted and a contract is formed between Furoshiki Giftwrap and yourself when we despatch the goods you have ordered. Up until this point the order may not be accepted by Furoshiki Giftwrap or can be cancelled by you. Up until the point of payment, all goods are still property of Furoshiki Giftwrap. Upon payment full ownership of the items are transferred to the customer.
According to the Consumer Contracts Regulations (2004) you have a right to cancel an order for goods made at a distance from the moment you place the order, and ends 14 days from the day you receive your goods. The 14 day period refers to the time in which you can decide whether you want to keep the goods, you then have a further 14 days to return them. You will receive a full refund within 14 days of either Furoshiki Giftwrap receiving the goods back, or you providing evidence of having returned the goods (for example proof of postage from the post office.)
A deduction in the refund total may be made if the value of the product has been reduced as a result of you handling / using the goods more than is necessary.

Using Furoshiki Giftwrap requires a certain amount of physical ability from the customer, and every effort has been made by Furoshiki Giftwrap to provide both written and video instruction to the customer. Please practice with your wrap using these resources to improve your wrapping skills, as returns based on frustration or belief that it’s difficult to use are to be discouraged.
